Positive Regard Training
Springwell Academy Leeds is now offering training and outreach support from our schools or in your setting.
We have a range of workshops and programs available including;
- restorative practice
- understanding sensory regulation
- communication and language skills
- autism and ADHD Strategies
- emotional literacy
- neurodevelopment
- the neurosequential model in school
Our training and support is tailored for your setting and your young people’s needs. We understand that all settings are different and this is why we provide bespoke support.

Positive Regard has a focus on understanding why some children behave in a challenging way. Strategies for managing challenge sit alongside an understanding of developmental trauma and attachment difficulties. Understanding the child and meeting their needs is at the heart of what Positive Regard brings to your organisation.
The team aims to bring a true understanding of meeting children’s needs to the forefront of school improvement. They have a suite of programmes/sessions that can be adapted to suit all needs over extended periods of time and offer highly focused specialist advice and guidance.
Springwell Academy Leeds will also be hosting a range of training courses advertised on our school website and via email newsletter, conference days and networking opportunities to widen knowledge. To join our training mailing list please get in touch.
